High-pressure pump energy-saving retrofit is a systematic transformation that reduces ineffective energy consumption and improves operational efficiency through technological optimization. The core focus is on reducing ineffective power consumption and matching actual needs.

During startup, the motor current of a high-pressure pump is 5-6 times higher than the rated current, which not only affects the motor's lifespan but also consumes a significant amount of electricity. While the system design includes a certain margin in motor selection, and the motor speed is fixed, in actual use, it is sometimes necessary to operate at lower or higher speeds. Therefore, frequency converter retrofit is essential.
