Most pumps lie down flat. This one stands up. Our Vertical Plunger Pump takes less room on your workshop floor. You can fit it into tight spaces where a horizontal pump never works. We made this choice because we spent 30 years in shipyards. Space is always tight on a ship or in a repair bay. So we turned the pump upright. It works just as hard as our bigger models, but it leaves you more room for other things.

This vertical design helps the plungers move up and down. Gravity helps them return. That puts less stress on the seals. Seals last longer. You change them less often. We use high-strength forged steel for the pump body. No cast iron. Cast iron has small holes inside. Forged steel does not. So our Vertical Plunger Pump holds pressure better and stays safe longer.

Our R&D team covers four fields: mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and high-pressure fluid. Every engineer is an expert. We also work with Parker Fluid on some parts. Before this pump leaves our factory, we test every piece. Quality control staff check each plunger and valve. Then assembly engineers watch the whole build. Finally, we do a full pressure test at 1.5 times the working pressure. That means a 2800 bar pump gets tested at 4200 bar. We do not skip this step.

We have a spare parts warehouse. Common parts like seals, valves, and plungers are in stock. You do not wait for months. Our factory in Qingdao covers 6,000 square meters. We have more than 30 workers. Many of them have worked in ship repair for years. They know what breaks. So they know how to build it stronger.

You can order a standard Vertical Plunger Pump or send us your drawings for a custom version. We do not set a minimum order quantity. One unit is fine. For payment, we ask for 50% deposit. Then you pay the other 50% before we ship. We support FOB or DDP. If you need EXW, we can do that too. Bulk orders get discounts. Repeat orders ship one month faster than first orders.
