High-Pressure Pump Introduction

Another type of high-pressure pump is the booster pump used for burst pressure tests. It can boost liquid pressure to 640 MPa and is widely used in various industries, including burst pressure experiments. The G-series gas-liquid booster pump uses a single-pneumatic-controlled unbalanced gas distribution valve to achieve automatic reciprocating motion. The pump body and high-pressure pump air-driven parts are made of aluminum alloy. The liquid-contacting parts are made of carbon steel or stainless steel depending on the medium.

All pump seals are imported high-quality products, ensuring pump performance. This series has a drive piston diameter of 160 mm and a maximum drive air pressure of 10 bar. To ensure pump life, it is recommended to use an air pressure <8 bar. New High-Pressure Pumps There is also a new type of high-pressure pump with high pressure, large flow rate, compact structure, low noise, long life, fast response, and strong impact resistance; this is the constant-pressure variable radial piston pump, which has only recently been domestically mass-produced. Radial piston pumps are widely used in shipbuilding, steel, machine tools, mining, tin-magnesium products, and other industries, and are an ideal replacement for many piston pumps and other types of pumps.

High-pressure pumps are classified by medium. High-pressure pumps can be categorized as follows: high-pressure plunger pumps, high-pressure reciprocating pumps, high-pressure electric pressure testing pumps, and high-pressure cleaning pumps.
