Key Performance Parameters And Standards For Ultra-High-Pressure Water Jet Units

Ultra-high-pressure water jet systems operate at pressures of no less than 100 MPa. Key components-such as ultra-high-pressure piping and fittings-must withstand test pressures of 300–400 MPa, with a minimum burst pressure exceeding 500 MPa.

Core components, such as the optimized ultra-high-pressure plunger pump, offer a service life of up to 500 hours.

In marine rust removal applications, the process achieves a cleanliness level of Sa 3.0.

The technology must comply with the mandatory national standard "Safety Code for High-Pressure Water Jet Cleaning Operations" (GB 26148-2010), which stipulates that the design recoil force of a handheld spray gun must not exceed 200 N.
