Principles of the Electronic Control System

The function of an electronic control system is to monitor, control, and optimize the operating status of equipment in real time. Its basic operating principle involves a closed-loop feedback regulation system in which sensors collect signals, a controller analyzes and processes them, and actuators execute control actions.

 

Sensors: Collect the information required by the control system and convert it into electrical signals, which are transmitted to the ECU via wiring.

 

Electronic Control Unit (ECU): Supplies reference voltage to various sensors, receives electrical signals from sensors or other devices, stores and processes (calculates and analyzes) these signals, and issues commands to actuators based on the results of the processing.

 

Actuators: Devices controlled by the ECU that physically execute specific control functions.
